I had admitted my wife for a cesarean operation. The overall experience was very good. They could have done better with the housekeeping piece and the canteen facilitites which was not at all up to the mark.
Special thanks to the Ms. Vijayalakshmi who was handling the insurance dept and ensured the formalities were done in a smooth manner(which is very unusual in a hospital).
Even the nurses on the 3rd floor and the attendant, Mr.Venkatesh were very helpful.
Special mention to the doctors who attended.
