I had ordered for an inflatable mattress on the 15th of August'13 and have not received it till date. When I sent a mail to the customer care I received a response promptly mentioning that the same has been dispatched on the 25th of Aug'13 through Blue Dart.
When I checked on the Blue dart site it has been mentioned as 22nd Aug'13. Though the team has been prompt enough to dispatch the product on 22nd, I have not received it till date...I also checked this site for reviews on Futurebazaar, looking at the responses, its seems there are problems with the logistics....
Please see to it that my product reached me on time...
