Its a good quality UPS for home use. I have been using it for 2 years now without any problems. Purchased it for Rs.1800/- from Nehru Place, New Delhi. Finally my plasma broke down just before completing its 5th year. Problem reported frequent vertical colored lines on the right half panel. Finally broke down completely after one month with red blinking light (single blink). Sent the product to service center for repair estimates at my own cost. Go...t the shock next day as estimates reported as approx. Rs. 20000/-. Fix reported by service center as replacement of main mother board. Brought the product back home without repair and after paying Rs. 250/- to service center. Currently looking out for some good local technician.Read More

First of all the actual price of your ac is 27500/-, may be vijay sales has over charged you. secondly i don't understand that why people buy these product from road side dealers like vijay sales, rather than buying them from authorized company outlets. Vijay sales is a big brand shop i know but hav...e a very bad name in the market. i remember once called hitachi customer care for serviceing and i was upfront asked ''have you bought this from vijay sales?'', i said no ! Anyway since you have bought hitachi ac be ready to face following problems in future like swing making noise which you have to oil every year. ventilator handle making the noise by vibrating against the body, above all cooling coil getting decayed in 3rd season at that time don't forget to replace the coil all together rather than getting it repaired. Also never call Hitachi customer care else it will be the major cause of your frustration, rather than get it repaired from some local mechanic who are more expert than hitachi so called expert technicians.Read More
