Bought this AC Quadricool 3 years back. Got it installed 1 month after purchase after lot of struggling with customer care. Then it got wrongly installed by untrained engineers. engineer gave the slope towards the vent rather than towards condenser coils. after much fuss it finally got installed again after damaging the woodwork. front plastic grill got cracked within one year showing poor material used. water flows from everywhere rather than from a single point. One should only go for O-General, which is simple (not stylish), heavy, works on highest outside temperature.
