I have recently subscribed to it, for 4GB plan for 4 months (1 Mbps) paid around 1,200/- in advance :) later came to know they have a plan for post paid as well. But for me till now in my area, there is no issue, all the time superb connection. No doubt BSNL is the BOSS of all broadband connect...ion but then I have problem with Airtel -- their responsiveness is very slow for getting the customer. Almost no follow-up at all. But, for the usual needs I preferred this is the best connection (Hathway) No modem charges, no installation cost, just the usage payment. Read More

Again... I feel greatful to ** MouthShut.com **! Its being recognized (as a public forum). The moment I sent a mail with my review written on mouthshut to higher authorities. They traced my number and contacted me the next day and have taken proactive steps to address my concerns very quickly. ... The issue of RPL shares have been sorted out in 3 days! Great... They informed me that the guy with whome I was corresponding with (regarding RPL shares) has left the job!! and might be in my case the data is misplaced.. Thats really bad news! I think BIMAL should have learnt from the experiences so far. May be we should also write to MARUTI UDYOG LIMITED officials on the portal and aswell as a direct email. I did the same - I sent email to the CEO of bimal, they shivered and even the Salesman was about to cry wh...en delivering my car. They are repeating the same story with every one! I vote 0 on scale of 100 to buy car from Bimal. One more thing - I have also been to consumer forum (the office is just a good example of lump govt workers! no followup nothing concrete to depend on these guys!)
