I tried to reach customer care executive,
Alas! the option is not at all there!
I am using Reliance and it is definitely scoring the best against airtel customer care in terms of at least having a known option to reach customer serivice.
I tried other options like checking offer of the day, WOW the call is immediately disconnected - hehe may be they are on DND? LOL, so crazy is this how they manage and reach to customers?
Based on the brand name I was looking fwd to reach to customer care just to find all details on the calling cards.
Also their site seems to be out dated. some offers mentioned there are not available or old ones for which the last date is finished etc.
