I am also been using IRCTC for booking tickets every month for the last 3 years. I am really impressed by their services. The only hitch could be booking Tatkal tickets. It is impossible to log on at 8.00 am two days before departure !

I don't really agree. My friend's experience had been very bad. I have noticed that the prices of cellphones mentioned are always higher than my neighbourhood dealer.
