I have a prepaid connection in Mumbai. My mother uses the phone. She only uses it mainly for incoming calls. For the past five months Airtel had been charging for two services i.e. Cricket & Shaayri !! She does not know anything about Cricket and Shaayri.
When I complained to Airtel about the same they agreed that the services were activated without authorisation and they have records for only 3 months. I told them to refund 3 months charges at least if not 5 months. And you know what ? They agreed to refund Re 1 only ! When I argued they agreed to refund Rs 10 only. I think its nothing but pick pocketing !!
