Had booked a room, booking ID, FREG 1523, about 3 weeks before. When I went to check-in, I was informed that the booking has been shifted to another hotel and I was given a new booking ID, OSUF 4837. When I went to the newly allotted hotel, again I was informed that the booking has been cancelled. I had to search for a hotel again. This time I DID NOT choose OYO and I am happy. I hope OYO is listening. Better to avoid OYO. It is just hype.
