I had booked a consignment of important documents on 22.6.11 for Jhansi, U.P. from Mumbai. Consignment No. was M64646491.


It should not have taken more than 3 days but till the afternoon of 31st June nobody from DTDC (H.O. & branch) had a clue where the parcel was.


After chasing them for a couple of hours I was informed that the parcel had been delivered on 29th.


All this while the status of Tracking showed that it was In Transit. Till now the status on their website is "In Transit" !! The service is pathetic to say the least.
