Dude, You seem to be one those disgruntled pulsar owners who can't bear the fact that zma whoops your pulsy's asses through out the length and breadth of the country. Seriously you seem to make vague arguements about 'someone' had a fall, digital meter not being waterproof, did you test i...t for water proofness? What for digital meter? well then what for mag wheels you will ask. Zma is projected as sports bike and it's gotto have something extra, so digital stuff is a nice visual treat. Fact is zma is not sold for any tom dick and harry, they have pulsars for them. Zma is for bikers with biking spirit not for your average mentality people. All good things come at a price so zma is now Rs 80000 on road, well what do you expect? zma selling for around 50 k? People go around bashing zma when they can't afford it and they have to settle for pulsars. You seem to be one of them. As for as saving fuel money, you can then go for a luna moped which will save you lot of money. What do you expect when you buy a power bike? a 60plus mileage??? Read More

Hi, Ur review is one of few unbiased views i have read. Actually you get to see lot of karizma haters (rather pulsar owners!) saying bad things about zma. They don't realise that their blabber will influence a buyer. Before buying zma i too was confused reading so much criticisms about zma, but... now i know i made the right choice. Zma is just out of the current biking leagues. It takes you a step further, gives you the ride and feel of a truly sports bike. At first glance from side it can be easily mistaken for a imported sports bike. I bought a silver colour bike and have seen people staring at me on roads at nights, after a while they say 'oh it's the Herohonda bike!' The bike gives me supreme confidence when i ride, it's a sheer pleasure to drive, although it takes time to get used to riding it in city traffic due to it's longer wheelbase and larger than other bikes in terms of size. But i've found pulsar owners and rx owners slamming zma in internet saying blah blah about plastic and stuff. But which bike is not full of plastic these days, i guess these guys never stop day dreaming about getting their hands on zma for the price of 150 cc pulsar! the price of bike seems to irk them even more. Well atleast it's cheap compared to kinetic comet, the only other sports bike in india. Atleast zma is maintainable with easy availability of service centers and spares. They talk about costly spares, then what about comet's spares? people conviniently forget that this is a 223 cc bike and it never has to be compared with a 150 cc bike characteristics, especially to bajaj, their spares are always cheap but then so are their bikes.Read More

Hi, U r review criticises too much about zma. Well what do you expect for a paltry 80k on road? Zma atleast comes close to giving you the feel of a sports bike. Pulsars are successors of smoky RX tribe. Zma is a refined bike with honda touch where as pulsar is a jumbled up bike by bajaj to get ...in volumes. Agreed zma has plastic parts which dominate the bike's exterior, but what did you expect? Steel or aluminium parts?? Rx series looked like crap with their all metal mudguards and rear grips. Most of the bikes these days including the 'pure Honda' unicorn has equivalent plastic parts. So does 'rigid' bajaj. The main reason people crib about zma is coz not everyone can afford it. Well to be frank it's got the stuff to make you wanna afford it. I had a splendor earlier, tried out all 150 cc bikes but decided to go in for zma instead. Now i realise what biking is after riding zma, the supreme comfort, the smooth engine, Smoother power and ofcourse ability to overtake anything on road and more importantly come to a standstill confidently while braking. Zma gives you the command to pure joy of riding. Take it for a spin on highways and you cruise in 100 kmph speed with out any noisy or vibrating probs like pulsars. Zma may not be a perfect product, it's got it's own share of disadvantages like low mileage, lack of crash guard etc. But nothing is perfect and zma is the best powerbike on road today in india. Kinetic comet is the only bike which can beat zma in terms of refinement. Bajaj can boast of beating zma with pulsars, well in terms of volumes, they did, but in terms of rider satisfaction and refinement they can never even come close to zma. Read More

Hey zma lover, Iam officially upgrading from splendor to zma tomorrow. I need tips about the bike, while riding, taking turns, taking care of it etc. also what fuel to use? normal petrol or speed or 91 octane? Iam geting silver zma, Now prices are increased here in bangalore... it is costing Rs 80200 post april 1st. It used to cost Rs 76200 last month. I guess iam late but iam happy that iam joining the zma owners tribe. Do mail me at vaas2000@rediffmail.com. We can exchange pics of our zmas, Also the zma iam getting is slightly modified by HH. Meets bharat stage 2 emission norms. Also the karizma steel badge on tank is gone, instead now you get a sticker! Only seagreen and yellow bikes have silver colour 'karizma' sticker on tank, all other colours have gold colour sticker on tank. Also the herohonda sticker on the side of the faring is gone and instead a new sticker with '225 cc premium sports' wirrten in stylish font. Everything else is same. Nice review dude, shows how much you love your zma, i too want to turn heads when i drive, just give me some tips as to how to drive carefully in traffic, iam nervous about the crashguard not being there. Hope to hear from you bye.Read More
