Well , I have received my item , after so much follow up . There was no prior intimation that the item was on the way , instead I got an sms as told . There seems to be a communication gap between the various personnel in the customer service department . Also , it would be better if we buy from onl...ine sellers who handle every thing from order booking , packaging and delivery themselves instead of subcontracting it to various parties .Read More

That seems to be the strategy of major companies today . The customer is kicked like a football till he finally loses patience and gives up . What happened in your case finally ? I too am a Beam customer since two to three months , have paid for six months in advance and have been putting up with ...the poor quality since day one . Which alternative ISP do you suggest in Hyderabad ? BSNL FTTH seems to be too costly ? Also , if you keep the junction box , you should ask for a discount , as some relative of mine had to get the box disconnected due to high current consumption . I don't think the Rs 100 discount which they are giving is sufficient .Read More

Is your issue really resolved as stated ? You are better off your order has been declined . That is beter than receiving a broken product and doing the follow up later which I am doing at present . Even I too stay at Hyderabad.

Very true , I bought one and immediately exchanged it for an ordinary one , as there is the danger of glass top breaking . Even that I could not keep , and finally exchanged it for a Sunflame stove , which has been in the stove market for a long time . Prestige cookers are the best , but stoves ...- a big no.Read More
