If you think you can risk your life in KItchen while cooking with a four burner glass top stove (which you may purchase only by seeing attractive advertisement and photos) then only go for Prestige Four burner glass top stove like GT04AIS1. I Had purchased this model from Nataraj Emporium, Chembur who told that only they can help me with the service number of Presige....and no help I recevied from Presige/TTK so far.. though their person visited and admitted on the serious defect in the manufacture/material used. The usage leads to nonuniform deformation of the metals of the stove.
All the four burners or their support bottom lost shape , leading to heavy leakage /fire flame on sides..give always a fear feeling near the flames. The prestige service fellow visited but told that no replace ment burner is available for this model even if I pay.!!!!!.. and I have to live with it or throw it. . Wrote emails after email to TTK /Prestige no one bothers from Prestige /TTK. .I paid nearly Rs 7500/- and is risking our life in Kitchen. If substitute or repair of the deformed material is not available why we should spend so much in the market for such a stove of company . Is it supposed to survive only the guarantee period. If the quality is good how in such short span all four burners/support bottom plates gave way!!!
You can use Prestige r Pressure cooker but dont buy / use their stove and wast your money......as they are inexperineced in ensuring quality... their stove is good only as a show piece with nice glass top.....good look ..!! not as a stove. P.Kumar
