I have ordered 2 items (basically Wall Hangings), from fabfurnish. After 14 days they come back and say that they cannot deliver this item since its in non delivery area. I live in Hyderabad, and I told them that if they cannot deliver it at my home, just you can have it in hyderabad, in any of your courier agents office, where I can go and collect this. They are saying this product cannot be delivered any where in Hyderabad, since its bulky. It appears to be very illogical to me since a wall hanging will not be more than 10 KG's (it was a metal art piece I ordered), and if this is the case how do they sell items like tables, chairs or any furniture of that sort. And another frustrating thing is that it took them 14 days time to identify that they cannot deliver this. Appears to me that they do not have the product with them and just wanted to keep customers money for 2 weeks.
I do not recommend any body from hyderabad to go shopping here.
