Review Continuation: Apparently some beam customer who was providing power supply for their network box refused to do that anymore and their technician decided the best course of action was to just cut of the network cable for connections going into that box. Beam had the audacity to cut off my netw...ork cable without informing and trespassing my property without my permission. and they take 4days to inform be about that. I have agreed to let them connect the network box power supply from my home, but Beam technicians don't keep their appointment. since the past three day I have been asking them to come at a particular time when I or my dad are available and they keep calling me in the noon when no one is available for them to approach. Even after escalating to nodal office level their technicians are arrogant and unprofessional, not doing their job even when the orders are coming from a higher authority.
