for the compliment, but I feel it's a little harsh to say the movie's made to showcase Kutcher's acting acumen. Agreed the design of the movie is such that he occupies majority of the frames, however he does justice to them brilliantly! And the movie did keep me hooked upto the end. Oh, and I d...o like the 'obscure' genre of movies, wierd & kinky attributes might only form a very small subset of that.Read More

Great revu of a great product. The pop-up killer in the browser is amazing (open indianrail.gov.in, rediff.com and the difference is obvious). I'd my own share of problems with firefox though, when a glitch in some executing script booked my ticket twice and I'd to unnecessarily part away with 0.6 g...rand! :-( So maybe for secure transactions et al, IE might be better but for general browsing I'd recommend firefox!Read More

When I began the book, I thought all the menfolk were crazy. By the middle, it seemed that the madness had spread to the women characters also. And now, when I'm close towards the end, I know it's me who's becoming crazy! :-)) But then, it's happily crazy coz the 'pleasurable hangover' that encompas...ses you continues unabated throughout the course of the story... Just awesome this book is... and equally splendid is your review. Good show man! -nitinRead More

I began this book last night and read ~100-120 pages in a single go w/o budging at all and only because I'd to wake up & go to work made me to ditch it reluctantly. :-( I hope to complete it today or tomorrow and will rate your review then (which I'm yet to read :-D) 'njoy, nitin

I don't think I would've read a better review on AB before. It exactly is in the same tone as the movie & the last lines of your review are just awesome. keep penning! -nitin

I whole heartedly support and share your feelings. There was a time when I used to love read TOI but it's continous degradation by crass glamourization for commercial gains has pissed me off recently. But then, I don't entirely blame them.... their readership has been growing exponentially and un...til something like a mass exodus (as mentioned in a comment above) takes place... TOI would keep on trudging along the road to hell. keep writin, nitinRead More

No doubt... this would be one of the favouritessht movies of everyone, everywhere. You simply can't get bored with it's rib tickling humor, no matter how many times you've watched it before. And BTW, Crimemastergogo plays gotiyaan, not goriyaan [translated in english, the latter would mean ``fair m...aidens'!!! lolll ;-) ]. keep up this downpour (of revuz) :-) nitin Read More

I was put off by the manner one of the prime newspaper's review seemed to project this movie... dunno why, but somehow the personal ire in the reviewer's writeup, on the fact that the media had been giving a thumbs up to this movie, was more noticeable than the movie's plot et al. Anyways, after re...ading your review which seems to be more balanced, I'll surely watch this movie. Good show... keep penning, -nitinRead More

U really must be in love with this movie! Such a comprehensive piece packed with all those intricate details..... phew! And with your seemingly excellent flair of writing, it had to turn out to be a great review. Having watched the movie though, I actually did skim through it, but if someone who's ...yet to watch it, must definitely be recommended your review. :-) Congrats on ur debut and keep the flow flowin' further! -nitin Read More

Lots of new info there! But it seems u still lack the power of mplayer/mencoder :-) Of course, they cater more to video requirements than audio ones and require a lot of know-how to tweak around with, but once u can do that.... u can get amazing results! Another good software tool I've found is... lame (lame Ain't MP3 Encoder) that apart from providing conversion to mp3 from wma/wav formats offers a lot of other facilities too. Going by your job description, I'd surely recommend you to try it once. -nitinRead More

maangta hai apun ko! (pun intended, in case u dint notice one :-D) My view is Paresh Rawal is the uncrowned king of modern bollywood comedy scene. And methinks that Chupke Chupke's (Old one) entire cast also deserves to be mentioned. Phataphat aur reviews aan do! :-) -nitin

Well! what I'd meant to say was, VoIP/semaphores/sockets do look okay to be counted in the list of one's interests.... but SONET/SDH as an *interest* was something that I found a trifle queer...... or let's say a little-out-of-the-box ;-) Anyways, I think (being in amreekan continent), it's high ti...me that you take the leap onto the DWDM bandwagon.... :-) 'njoy, nitin Read More

MS par aapka haardik swaagat hai!!! . :-D Well.... 'twas indeed quite a neat review.... comprehensive and those bursts of sarcasm here n there kept my interest to gorge it till the end. I'd seen the movie in bits-n-pieces and hadn't much appreciated it myself. Anyways, way to go on MS! Keep u...p this downpour [of reviews :-)] -nitin PS: Don't mind, but the mention of 'SONET/SDH' in your interests section brought onto me a very peculiar smile.... :-PRead More

A comprehensive review indeed. Having worked a slight bit on Mac desktops too, my viewpoint in today's context is, the switch from windows to linux is much less painful compared to Apple. From a student's perspective, linux is definitely the best coz it allows a lot of tweaking around to customize ...ur enviornment and with staroffice et al, it at least makes the Office documents readable (if not *properly* editable), but Mac OS - U really have a tough time in making the endeavours to get familirised first. keep penning! -nitinRead More

I remember this one book of Grisham doing exactly to me what it seems to've done to you, even though I'd read it 5 years ago (4 years & 11 months to be precise :-D)! It sincerely possesses the capacity to touch you somewhere inside and bring you in that pondering/philosophising type mood! A ...great review on a great product. Great review! The world is a place worth living only because of the trilogy of PG Wodehouse, Douglas Adams and Terry Pratchet.! :-) I really loved those lines where you introduced PGW - about that amazing grip on humor et al. keep pouring reviews (like Mumbai's downpour) :-D -nitin
