Hello I am shweta. {Read my profile to know more. I hope you have glanced it atleast by now.}

Well..What is one thing which I can read at one go in 86400 seconds? well any guesses ? Its the DA VINCI CODE..by Dan Brown.

I dont want to seem loquacious by indulging in lauding about how the book is splendid and racy and keeps you on the edge. What I really admire about the book is the ingenious of the Mr Dan who narrates in a lucid manner ,at the same time making it hair raising with the crypts and codes interspersed throughout the book.

The awe held for Leonardo Da Vinci is altered to a higher degree. He is projected as a genius...a master of art who gave importance to details and realism in his work...a inventor.....who gave birth to many less known things like cryptics....a renaissance man....who worshipped sacred feminine and headed a secret society.

The secrets unveiled leave you spellbound increasing your thirst to know more about the life of Christ,the iconoclastic Secret society,the life of Leonardo Da Vinci.You take a plunge into the world of crypts and codes which if interest you will keep you turning pages till the end.

The plot pervades around a Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon who ends up in a phlethora of situations with Sophie Neveu a cryptologist at his rescue. They have to find out the truth which was hidden for centuries and substain its secrecy.

Though the book lives upto the expectation the finale is fallacious and pretty insipid. The plot built on a firm foundation crumples like a castle of cards. The reader is left unquenced in these last pages. BUt still worth a read... go grab your copy now...if u havent read it...n if u like the codes and ciphers part then do visit https://randomhouse.com/doubleday/davinci/ ciao Happy reading
