I agree with you. Even I purchased a Dell laptop. After completion of warranty period, the problems started. First HDD, then monitor and now microprocessor. Dell has stopped providing support for my product. So I have to get the parts replaced outside. Even after replacement it is facing problems da...ily. It has become a pain. Dell has lost market due to use of cheap Mexican parts in their laptops. They only depend on Marketing and have worst Service and support. They are only busy cheating customers.

Secondly the customer care also tell that you repair them outside, since they have withdrawn the product.
