Don't ever purchase Lloyd products. Their customer service is worst in India. They are only selling ACs without any installation support. When you try to call their customer care, it takes 10 mins. minimum to reach anyone. Then they will inform that you have to get installation done by the dealer.
The dealer send some unqualified technician, who does a very bad job in installing the product. We have shown the same to our company's AC maintenance technicians and he told that the installation has to be done again. Now nobody from Lloyd and dealer are responding. I recommend everybody to never purchase anty products from Lloyd.
