We ordered 5 laptop in the month of august, One of them turned out to be faulty(dis-functional mouse-pad).Since then we have been working to make it right through numerous mails/calls but sadly we are not getting any feedback about the repair/replacement.
The only response we received was that the parts were not available and they can not commit by when would the parts be arriving, It's been a month since the initial complaint and now the customer care executives don't even transfer our calls.

I want to bring to their notice the extremely pathetic quality of service. A laptop is delivered faulty and we are eternity to get it fixed. Ideally we should have got a replacement along with an apology. If you'd have asked for a NPS score, I would have given you 0. Indian leader from Dell are worthless and bunch of cheats.
