Sure You can configure the laptop yourself, need not to get the assistance of bsnl guys. Even bsnl modem/router can also be configured IP address is 192.168.1.1 username is admin and password is 'password'

Actually i was planning to buy one micro wave oven and washing machine from the company... thanx for sharing uer experience..i preffered kenstar coz i got a washing machine with me at my home station and its working fine,,.. But if after sale service is bad then i'd prefer some other company
