Choosing a food processor
Jun 02, 2009 07:34 PM 90267 Views

Choosing a valuable food processor for our Indian kitchen need is somewhat not easy. However I also went through this process for finding the best I could get for my kitchen.Well the comlete food processor is not actually required as it comes with lots of attachments which are of not use for our kitchen for instance the flour mixer, this is really not required as womens in our house does the flour mixing with hand. Also the imported food processors avaiable in the market are very costly and are too delicate.Every time you see the attachment's blades comes off easily and are not avaiable in local market, again you need to go to the service centre to replace the same.

Anyway my finding for this is instesd of FP you may buy a good/durable mixer/grinder and juicer combo which is really useful for our daily needs as well as it dosent comes with 100 attachments.

I had brought a similar one which is very economical and does not requires too much space to store. It comes with a brand name of SUJATA made in India, powered with 900 watts double ball bearing motor very sleek and easy to store in our small kitchen.

I had been using this for quite a long time and believe me I m satisfied with it completely.Their are many other domestic brand avaiable in market but I found that Sujata brand is more often used by the juice shops and small restaurants because of its performance and durability. You can get this product @2800/-
