Very true, booking directly with the hotel will give you cheaper and better rooms. Customer Care of MMT is nothing but some fools sitting in front a computer and a phone.

@AMP4, I am not making money by writing positive reviews like you, so not going to loose anything. Already law firms started tracking IP address to take action against fake reviews which is illegal as per Indian cyber laws. Wait and watch...

Still not received the product? Normally they cancels the order and refund it as 'Pappad' points. Thus you cannot reuse your discount coupons! Great business practice, isn't it?

Great review! In my case I ordered a clock, they sent only the FRAME, no electrical part and the needles!!! When I called the customer care they said they forgot to keep a box in the parcel and said they will courier it in three days. After three days I got a call saying my order has been cancelled ...and they are going to refund me in 'pappad' points. Trying to make it cash refund as I no longer trust them.Read More

Same happened with me too, but I asked them to refund my money not as points but as cash. They agreed for that but not sure when I am going to get it. The tricky part is they are cancelling orders made with DISCOUNT COUPONS. They are saving few bucks but loosing a customer, looks like they are new t...o business field.Read More

I am one of the victim of this junk company, expect a detailed review soon! 'Advise to readers, if you still want to do shopping with pepperfry go ONLY for COD(cash on... delivery). Wait for the delivery, open the cover and inspect the product thoroughly. Make the payment only if the product shipped is what you ordered(!) and is in good condition.'Read More

Do you have a return policy? Your customer care executive told me that you have no product return policy! How come you are asking me to return the product if there is no return policy? On what basis I should return your product? Are you trying to fool the customers? There are many reviews where ...people returned the product and you guys rejected refund claiming the product is not received or received but not in good condition. No doubt its a fraud company, the customer care executive told me they have no 'return policy', even if you receive a faulty product you cannot request a refund nor a replacement! Still you want to go with Naaptol, call their customer care, ask for the link to 'return policy'.
