Anyways, I have already emailed my Bank Statement (01-JAN-2012 To 15-MAR-2012) to you twice ever since i am following up with this case to bac...koffice.k@gmail.com (On March 12, 2012) and to ceo@naaptol.com (On April 02, 2012). Please don’t tell me that your inboxes are leaky and you lose all emails that I send you! And if they’re NOT, please shuffle through your Inbox and you should get them on the specified dates clearly quoting the Order Number 3412078 in subject. Also, stop telling me that as per your systems, the Refund has been granted to me! Had it been granted to me It would reflect in my Bank Statement, wouldn’t it?
