I have ordered in pepperfry.com with 3 products(single order) and I have received 2 products of minimum cost in time.ordered on 26-sept and received it on 3oct.
For other product I called on same day they replied in a beautiful manner..Stating Do u want ur product or should we cancel if u want product wait for some more time so that we can update on that else will cancel order. A kind of black mailing I think.
I have contacted 2/3 times and they say they will update soon. And on Oct 5 I got mail order is cancelled and money has refunded in the form of pepperpoints.with out any prior intimation nor any information.
Though the same product is available in their site till now , which I ordered earlier. When I asked for the same they said it will be updating every 24hrs after the confirmation from vendor. So now if some one goes for the same product he has to wait for a week to know about the status and he vl be getting refund in points instead of money.
I never appreciate their customer services. They never answer properly. As I asked for y pepperpoints..simply they stated "Approved refund is processed in form of Pepperfry Discount coupons with a validity of 15 days. The coupon will be emailed to your registered account as soon as the claim is processed.The link https://pepperfry.com/easy_returns.html".
when I checked for policies I got this "This policy is applicable to all Pepperfry customers who in a very unlikely circumstance feel the need to return an item. In this case, let us start by saying "Sorry" and assuring you that you need not worry at all! " When there is no product what can I return except mail from them "order booked successfully".
This is the site from one of the person from EBAY as I heard and they say the same. But friends need to believe company and not by whom it is running.so as per my vision BE CAREFUL before choosing any from this site.
I wouldn't recommend for any for future.
