This is regarding a refund of the Order No: 3412078(February 09, 2012) that I paid through Internet Banking(Union Bank of India).


I ordered this product as a gift to my friend but it was cancelled from your end as the product was not in stock. Then I called in to your customtakeouter support Number 9223516148 on 17th February, 2012 for a refund and was told by the Representative that I have already been issued a refund. I waited for about a week but couldn't see any refunds in my account. I called in again and they told me to wait or call up my Bank for the same, I called up my Bank with the Transaction Number given by your Representative but they denied having received some transaction by that Transaction ID. I called up your Support Number again a week later and they told me to mail my Bank statement to backoffice.k@gmail.com and I mailed my Bank Statement 01-01-2012 onwards to the same email ID and called up again to check whether they have received the same, the representative told me that they have received the email and they will tke 15 days time to process the refund. I waited for 20 days and today I called in again to check for the status and the representative who picked up the phone told me that they have not received any email with Bank Statement from me  (he didn't even cared to check the email) and I need to resend it. And when I asked him to connect me to his supervisor he put me on hold for a few minutes and then said that his supervisors are busy in a meeting so he can't transfer my call to them. And then when I insisted for a callback from them regarding the issue, he just hung up the call.


I dropped an email to the CEO regarding this and received a reply on APR-03, 2012 after escalation of the issue and was assured that they would revert me back in 48 Hrs which ofcourse never happened even after waiting for another 30 days! These prick-heads don't even care to reply you. It has been nearly 80 days since I placed the order and have not received any refunds for the Order that was cancelled from their end because the Product went out of stock.


I would suggest its better to pay a FEW BUCKS MORE to some online shopping site than to PAY N REGRET all together!

As per our telephonic discussion, firstly please accept our sincere apologies over the incident.
We tried calling at 09958428278 Raj Prakash, but it was not reachable. We would try reaching the given number in the evening.
As per our system, the amount is refunded to you. However, you have claimed the amount is not reflecting in your bank account.
We request you to help us with your bank statement from 1 Feb to 28 Feb 2012 to escalate the same.
Please be assured of complete resolution.
