Honda service center do have the problems in spare parts. I had the parts after two weeks. While fixing unfortunately another plastic part was gone. Then the same story going to repeat. So, with sadness, I brought home the bike. I do see a lot of people cheer about the Honda quality. It is not the s...ame when you need the service and spare parts. Honda still do not insist to the dealer to keep minimum no. parts on each, to give a quick service. That is very pathetic. Read More

@monty_22, you can ask Honda service people to fine tune for better mileage. They do adjust some Gear-rpm ratio for that. Mine was done by the service center without even asking me. I told them I don't need it and need the default setup only. But anyway they have done, so I live with that. I am not ...a mileage squeezer, but it is ok for me. Read More

@apputhi If it drift towards left, it could be due to bend in the front shock absorber. To test, put the central stand on the bike. Then, bring the the handle bar to to center, it will turn automatically to one side. and then, bring the handlebar to the center, slightly to the opposite side, now it... should turn to the other side automatically to the full. This means the handlebar is ok. If it is not then there may be a bend in the front shock absorber, and the Honda service people can fix it. Ask them simple to fix the Front shock absorber bend. They usually do the test in front of you, and then note down. I had mine fixed. I had this slight pull of bike at unknown time. I was wondering it is due to handlebar, but handlebar turnout to be ok. But the Service supervisor who took my bike in said it could be due to the shock absorber bend. if it runs more than 5k miles or more, depending on the road conditions you run and drops you had it is better to check the shock absorber bend. Cheers! Have a nice ride! Read More

@getchethanbr: (1) Yes, light weight could be a problem at highspeed. How high you will go? in My Uni I reached so far 80kph only, and I found ok. I travelled in bridges near sea wind blows, and lorrys move in, I feel stable. I do see others with less weight bikes have to slow down and drive. I sugg...est you to test ride for this. It may not be a big deal unless you encounter situations frequently/continuously. (2) I dont see a half-chain cover is a problem. It needs some extra cleaning thats all. (3) My pillion rule is, the pillion rider should place legs on both side. I ride only those who agree with this. If there are kids, they also need to follow the same rule, and sit between to adults. Otherwise, no pillion ride. Dazzler height is slightly less than Uni, so it should be ok. (4) How high you will go ? How windy is your road ? How narrow is your road so you have to travel next to big lorries and buses brushing you side by side? Consider these factors. Recommendation: Dazzler is 10kg less than Uni. for you height and weight it should be good match. It will be easier to stand the bike and pull the bike in crowded bike stands. Not for me. it is difficult due to weight of Unicorn. Again test ride with a friend to analyse. Wish you good and safe (wing) riding!Read More

@rishi2504, you may be correct. however check the following as other suggested. 1) wheel alignment 2) too much tire pressure one more thing I like to add is the new unicorn has a quick front brake(disk) and slow back brake (drum) (or atleast i have that). you can make a quick front brake by a...pplying only two fingers. beware that the back wheel is still moving when you apply only front brake. it will be ok, if the bike is straight, if not the moving back wheel will move the bike a bit - this will affect if the ground is wet or slippery or with gravel. why this happens when you ride slowly ? if you ride slowly, you may not be using your legs to brake but use it to balance and place it on the ground. Because, unicorn is heavy, the rider may not be able to stabilize it. it happened to me, now I am careful about using the front brake. But the front brake helped me a lot during stupid drivers/riders cross my path suddenly (at Pondicherry this happens). so, basically this boils down to know your machine thing, and I hope you take my suggestion at right spirit. You may not get this from experienced riders because this is handing is second nature to them. But I am a new learner, so I aware what happens, and it happened to me twice. once at wet condition, and another time with edge of the road with gravel slip. hope this will help you. wish you happy riding! - stratusRead More

@visakh8:vibrations, your Honda service people should able to fix this problem. I find vibrations appeared at a speed which didn't exist before service. the service manager told it was adjusted for better mileage. Try increasing to upper gear and if you find the vibrations are reduced then it is du...e to adjustment of gear/speed ration for better mileage, which should be ok. Otherwise, ask them to verify the vibrations by telling them your usual speed range, then they should be able to help you. -happy ride!Read More

I bought this Lenovo ideapad S10 after checking with similar ACER, and HP notebooks - which are released around last quarter of 2008. I bought during Nov, 2008. so far it is working very good. It is easier to carry, LCD screen 10.1" wide screen is good. I use it to read PDF files like a book....Read more

a search at google 'bike engine heats up' lead to this: Float stuck open. -------- Pull the carbs and check the floats for leaks-ie gas seeping into at least one and making it so it never shuts off. Then check the float needle valves and jet seats to look for debris and or damage. Check the float... height (use a good repair manual) and make sure it is within spec. Source(s): motorcycle mechanic for 35 years ---- Sounds like you are running very rich. make sure your choke lever is working properly. I had an old suzuki that did the same thing. turned out the choke wasn't opening back up. ---- ask your mechanic to fix it. if the honda service cannot fix it don't worry, take to private mechanic and fix it. wish you nice ride. feedback once you have fixed.
