This is my first review. After long research & discussion, I  bought unicorn August 7th. Show room person said for 90 days.. got in 30 days.

First thing I like in this bike is : Smoothness. Engine beating is very smooth.

This one weighs bit heavy than other vehicles... but on positive side. vehicle can be  ride smoothly on roads without shakes & jerks on pits.

Mileage is good. Before first service I got 53 KM/L. Ofcourse,  this has dependency on way you drive vehicle.

I never used full throttle.. and not crossed 50 KM. this is advisable on first 500 KM.

One draw back I observed is : After reaching 50 KM speed. I can notice drastic change in Engine sound. (not smooth as before). Felt like little vibration. I am not sure this is something problem only with my bike. or all have same problem.

2nd Observation is: When Bike running on High gear (5th or 4th). and suddenly applied brakes..(let say some object came suddenly.. and you applied brakes fully. and now you want shift to first gear to continue ride)..  Here I expect changing gears by pulling clutch completely.. and reducing gears.

But I noticied.. it didn't come to first gear..   gear reduced one step.. and hangs. To get rid of this.. I have to pull clutch and realeas it for  sometimes.. when engine running.. during this times.. gears changes  happens.

I complained this to showroom.. they said.. it is normal behaviour.. ( I dont think so).Can some confirm this.

Neverthless I enjoy riding this bike.. (After riding this one, I tried 100cc vehicles, Really felt like riding old bycle :-) )

Keep posting your suggestions & comments.

Cheers,

Prasad
