Thank you for the review, but please have a calculator and do some simple maths. If you invest Rs. 3000 (100 per day) for the next 15 years in an instrument with 8% return you will have a corpus of over 10 lackhs and if you put that in a scheme with 6% return you will be getting 60,000/- pa for th...e rest of your life (or you could take the 10L in case of an emergency). My Ford Ikon 1.6 is now 2 years old, and have not yet had any extra maintanance expenditures. Though my city fuel efficiecy is close to 10 without AC, on highways I have got over 16 with aircon. Great car but with low resale value ;-)
