I have ordered a flora bed from future bazaar sometime back. The future bazaar price was lower than the Big bazaar price. Initially there were some unnecessary delays like confirmation by phone and then reconfirming through a fax etc. The product however landed at my place on a holiday and couple of day’s later one technical person came and fixed the product to my satisfaction.
My overall experience has been very good. However, I don’t share the same enthusiasm for their conventional bazaar namely the big bazaar. Especially their electronic section, I can’t see the justification for a super store like BB to charge transaction charges for credit card payments. Majority of the food items are close to the, if not crossed, the expiry date. Every item should be checked for the date of expiry before the purchase. The cloth items are priced over the market rate and then provided with a discount to make it closer to their actual rate.
This purchase from future bazaar is the highest priced online order I have ever made and I am very happy with the service and the product.
