My wife tells me that Good Housekeeping is an excellent magazine, and whatever I have seen also indicate the high quality material. But beware never subscribe to this magazine if you want to read it. Buy from your friendly neighbourhood shop. My wife’s subscription was supposed to start in September 2006, and the first issue I received towards the end of November 2006 after ten emails to “wecare”. Then there was a complete silence till the end of December.
We care remained as we don’t care, they never reply to our mails. And finally after telephone calls to theGurgaon (cutomer care) and Bangalore offices of Times of India they had send the Sept, Oct and Dec issues as a single packet. Now this is middle of January, no Good house keeping, may be I have to do my routine of non replied emails to we don’t care and may be a dozen or so telephone calls to receive the magazine. May be after three months, may be never. One thing is certain for me in these uncertainties, that is we will never subscribe to another India Today publication.
