Hi, I too had a similar experience with the Airtel Datacard .. finally i have taken a BSNL connection - so far the experience has been good - & the best thing is their customer service which is way ahead of what i got from Airtel as a service provider.

HP - MFDs -servicing could be a nightmare

Mr. Subhash, Thanks for your comments - what i have learnt in last few months talking to various people in HP - that they do not offer services for their printer they only replace -offering a discount on the MRP of any machine you select. You would easily get a machine at a price in the market ...at which HP gives you one after the discount. It is acceptable if you are buying a Rs.2500/- printer but when you invest money on an expensive device - you need a support system to take care of small defects which can arise in any equipment. This is were the HP has failed my trust. One of the HP dealer i talked to also had a similar opinion about their service quality. Pls be doubly sure of their service quality before you invest in an expensive HP device. Read More
