buddy, I have the same issue. I closed my card in 2004 - CC told me its closed. Now the Cibil report shows 4K balance. They have no clue where it came from but asking me to pay to get closure letter. Do update me the ombdusman email id or phone number. I too want to take it up. Thanks

I am so sorry but i saw this review now. So did you go ahead and replace the lens for 7K? Thats what the casio guys told me too when my camera lens refused to come out and showed an error on screen. I went through some forums on cameras and managed to fix - though a funny and unbelievable way.
