Apollo Pharmacy opened a new shop on Channasandra Main Road, Bangalore. They have 2 guys there who are really slow. First they take at least 15 minutes to understand the medicines prescribed and then search their computer to find where it is stored. Then they take another 15 minutes to find it.
And you will be lucky if they do find it. The answer almost every time is 'Not available'.
They have a card on which you get points. And best part is when I tried to en-cash the points. I bought medicines for Rs.362, I had points worth 360. So I claimed it. he asked me to pay Rs2 but refused to give a bill stating that I bought the medicines. Said I will give you a bill of only Rs.2. Told him to write on a bill that so much was bought and so much was claimed. He refused - says I will give you a bill of only Rs.2.
Points or no points - never into an Apollo Pharmacy again. :)
