Congratulations Jaideep. It is a very good and exhaustive review I myself have had a HP 3500 printer for the last 8 years and it has been giving me good service. The ink cartridges are expensive but I have got over the problem by getting the cartridges refilled. They are good for at least three r...efills and the cost for refill is around 25% of the cost of a new cartridge, I would like to buy a new printer, copier.scanner suitable for home and office use, preferably with colour. Any suggestions of model nos? I understand nowadays the colour cartridges come in four colour cartridges. Poor Battery

I did not have to take the set to NOKIA. The battery now stays charged for about 3 days. It seems the battery has required about 1 month to reach its full charging potential. Radheshyam

This is a further report on my set. I got back a new battery from NOKIA on 4th November, 2008. However, I observed that the defect for which I had gone to them remained.The battery got discharged within 12 hours without any usage. I again gave it back on 20.12.2008 to the NOKIA Care centre at Ev...erest Mobicare, 1, Chandni Chowk Street, Calcutta - 700001 and they issued me Job sheet no 1220/50 dt 20.12.2008. They sent it to Delhi, so I was told, and I got it back on 5th January, 2009. The first few days it seemed to be OK. Then the problem started again Again the battery was discharging within 12 Hours. However, I was observing that after charging full in the morning when I went to office the charge was finished. About a few days ago, I observed that although the battery was not fully charged, it showed full charge. when I put off the switch and again put it on, it started charging again without showing 'FULL CHARGE'. This I had to do 3 or 4 times before the charge actually became full. This means there is something wrong either with the charger or the set for which it does not take full charge. I will take it to NOKIA again next week to find out what is wrong. Please wair for further reportsRead More

Thank you George, I already have got a standby cell phone LG-RD3510. Cell phones are so chap now adays so there is no point in waiting for it to be gifted to you. The 2505 went bad again for the same reason. When it was given to NOKIA, they sent it to Delhi . After getting it back, I am still ha...ving the same problem. On observing, I find that the charging stops after some time alhough it is plugged in. Once I remove the jack and put it back it starts charging again. I have to do it 3 or 4 times before the battery is charged fully. The set will have to go back to NOKIA again but I am just observing it presently to see if there are any other defects.
