I had purchased one JV C30 Cell phone MEID: A100000E2275E7 from Reliance Communications showroom, A to Z Communication, DC 2/11, Shastri Bagan, Jora Mandir, Baguihati, Kolkata - 700059, vide their Cash Memo No 004/14-15 dated 03.04.2014.
From Day one, I find that the keys are very hard and have to be pressed repeatedly to key in any alphabet, number or figure.Even when I finish my call and I want to disconnect, I have to press the disconnect key repeatedly to disconnect.
It seems the company JIVI is in connivance with Reliance Communications so that a person does not disconnect easily and his call minutes increase. On the other hand in other cases when I punch the a-key, c appears on the screen. The same goes for all the other keys.In other cases, even after repeated of a key, nothing appears on the screen.The only good thing I can say of the phone is that it has a very long battery life and one charge normally lasts me for 6 or 7 days.I would request the Indian government to gift these phones to our enemies.
Their communications would go hay-wire.I have been using cell phones for over 10 years now and find that this is the worst phone I have used.Further, the antenna reception is very poor. Every time I receive a call or want to make a call in my home, I have to go out in the veranda to hear clearly. I never had to do this with my earlier mobiles.
