@saurabh - usually, yes.. you have to deal with the product manufacturer and seller has got nothing to do with it. but reliance makes huges claims of providing service directly for most the of the products they sell. it sounds really lucrative.. because Reliance Digital can (ideally) be a one stop s...hop for all my service needs if i buy from them. But it is sad.. but true.. that all those promises are a sham!!! and they hold water only till you actually getinto trouble. At first sign of trouble, they just wash their hands off the whole matter :( guess someone has to drag them to court before they stop taking the customers for a ride!Read More

Btw, Mr. Raj Thakur, was you profile created to just comment on this review? That too after a certain customer refused to buy from INHABIT after reading my review; and told the store management why she turned down the deal?

Supposedly, we got the sofa at a discounted rate. original price was 80K. And the owner confirmed it as a leather sofa- even gave us a receipt for one. That is the reason why we won the consumer court case against the store.
