Pathetic service once the product is sold. Their hyped after sales service, claiming which they endup selling products at a non competitive price, is nothing but a sham! We bought a Nokia phone from the store. On reaching home we found out that the USB cable was defective. We returned to the store coming weekend to get the issue fixed. Their service executive asked us to visit Nokia service centr.
When we asked them about the claim made while selling that all service work will be undertaken directly by Reliance digital; the guy shamelessly said such claims are usually made by people to sell stuff! We were shocked how easy it is to make fool of a customer in our country. The least I could do was to write about my bitter experience so that others can make a learned choice before buying from Reliance Digital.
