Yes, totally agree with the comments made so far ... Pandit has absolutely no sense of 'customer service' they have loads of staff who don't know what to do - and keep on infighting and pointing fingers at each other. It feels like you are visiting a 'sarkari' office.

I agree with ash5544, ICICI has a lot of fine print and they are after your hard earned money. PPF etc. is a better place to go.

I agree, the SX4 needs to work a little bit on the fuel economy and then it will be 10 points higher on the scale. Overall a great car - Maruti has done a fabulous job on this one.

Yes, LG's ousourced service is a bunch of arrogant and useless people, who are not there to do any service but to cheat LG and help themselves. They are not at all customer friendly and make multiple trips to solve the same problem which they never solve.

I wonder if on mouthshut we have the ability to collate all the responses that are given for a company - the way the tree is organized, it makes difficult to see the overall rating that people have given for LG for customer service and for other criteria. Before buying I reviewed one or two refridge...rators and thought it was OK - now I am seeing that this problem is not unique to me but many people have same issues. Mouthshut admin - if you have anyway of allowing people to see a composite rating for a manufacturer that will be great help - so even if the product is not good on style, but if the after sales service is getting 5 stars from members, we can go for products from these companies.Read More

LG service is pathetic. Even during warranty - when the handle came out, they say that we don't provide warranty on plastic parts - you may have pulled the handle hard ... come on, handle is to be used for pulling or what else? LG may be a good worldwide brand, their customer service sucks. Th...e service rep came and is speaking with us very rudely - 'this is what I have been told and this is what I will do, if you need anything else, call the guys in the call center - what do you think I should do?'
