This is to warn all the potential buyers of TATA cars "STAY AWAY FROM PANDIT AUTOMOTIVE"
I am from Pimpri (Pune) and was happy to find a new showroom opened in our area, I booked a Indica Xeta GVS with them and that was the start of my misery , which is till continuing ....
The Sales manager didn’t showed any interest what so ever in attending me or other customers , I guess the guys in Pandit think that people are born only to use TATA cars and everyone will purchase from them .....After paying full amount on time I had to visit the showroom 5-6 times to collect my car ,
to my surprise I didn’t found the freebies and car accessories promised by the Sales person , later on I was told that he no longer works there and that I will not receive the accessories ....
When I took the car for first servicing, I handed over them a list of 8 defects, on delivery of the Car I was shocked to find that not a single defect was fixed and the car was just washed and given back.... And on top of it, it wasn’t washed properly, God knows what they did....
On escalating the issue to the CRM in Bhosari office I got a very vague reply and he said that he will fix ti and give me the car next day, On next day he said that it will take some time and again I had to return empty handed.....
Now days I am used to this kind of experience from Pandit automotive, the height came last month when I gave the car to these guys for some denting / painting issue, I was not able to collect the car and it was with them for 4 weeks.
When I got the car back, I was shocked; the power steering was not working.....I had a big fight with all the supervisor and managers there , who bluntly refused to take any responsibility of the incident and kept on saying that this can never happen in there showroom.
When I went through the documents thoroughly I realized that the car has traveled extra 10 Kms after delivery, when I asked about the justification they didn’t had any.
From Day one , in spite of all the bad experiences I kept on bringing the car to there showroom expecting some kind of positive improvement in them and hoping that the car service history will maintained there ,
It came as a shock to me that the showroom didn’t had the car service record ( ???????? the date and fortunately the time also , when they searched the record of cash receipts they found my receipt , but no dataaa ????
Finally they said that the data might have been lost in TATA Motor Database server ...... and they come up with silly answers that they are not responsible for any missing data , My god what a bunch of fools, Pandit might had to put in lot off efforts to get this fools in the showroom.
The reason that they told me for mal functioning of the Power steering assembly was that , "The vehicle was standing in idle position for 3 weeks , and due to accumulation of fog/mist the valves are not functioning properly" what a shame ..... Even a 5th grade student will not buy this justification....
After escalating the issue to highest possible level and pursuing it again and again finally they have decided to replace / repair the power steering Rack ( which was initially stolen / replaced by them ) ....
