Suggest you call for a meeting with your reporting manager and HR. Do not use it as a platform to complaint. Instead look at it as an opportunity to find a solution. There is nothing that cannot be remedied through a clear and open discussion. Ensure that everything is documented so that there is no... further confusion and misunderstanding.Read More

Online companies are using a loophole in the system where they are able to sell at lesser costs. You will have to fight with the government policies. Plus when you buy online and if you have a problem, you really cannot approach the online company. You will have to chase the manufacturer. We all kno...w where that leads to in India......Read More

hi,iam in bangalore and also give my motorcycle to kivaraj.i must admit the service is not up to the mark.but things got a bit better when i started to make 'friends' with the mechanics.i feel its more a pr thing around there.if they like you they will do a good job.just a feeling.sad that your coll...egue had to go thru all that.as for the milage, does your brother fill petrol from one station or various?you see when i was in chennai i used to fill ffrom an indian oil station and twice i found water mixed, iam serious.then i shifted to shell petrol.in bangalore there are now 3 shell petrol stations.one at lavelle road,at old madras road and mysore road.what i would suggest is try filling a full tank from shell and then check the milage.also ask your collegue is go easy on the speed if he rides over 50kms.its the same pulsar 180 engine but you need to ease up to get the milage up. the gear box is poor.i plan to try a better oil to see if it works.but clutch failure??wow..thats really a shock. hope things work out.
