I am working in TCS Gandhinagar Citi UAT Process. I like to share my concern with u and want advice.
I m 6th months pregnant. When I informed my TL, he informed my manager and suddenly he is ignoring me in any mail chains and in work and I am 20 months old in this project.
Thereafter, they are giving response to new joinee. I neglected everything. I even told him that I am here for 6th months responded for 2 days good and then again ignored.
I spoke with HR, they told me to take it positively, he is a good person. He thinks for your health.
It is ok and left it. He did not inform me for training session and then when I asked, he is saying u can not sit for 6 hours. So, I didn't inform you.
All these things I ignored and talked with my manager and HR. They are replying that its good for you take it positively but today suddenly 10 minutes ago, he is saying now you are in RMG and please tomorrow you have to report RMG.
I said why because you are pregnant and after 3 months you are taking maternity leave and suddenly he deleted my all access.
Once again, I spoke with HR for this issue and told this issue. They again replied to take it positively I said but it would impact my health and I don't sleep for the night. No response.
I questioned HR that 'TCS Respects women and TCS is known for Women Security' now where is security? Which process will take me for 3 months? They just ignored the question and told me to 'talk with your manager.' I went to manager and said my name is not in RMG Process then 'why did u release me and add my name here?'
He told me after 3 months you are taking maternity leave so and HR told me that its Business Prosperity.
I really feel bad now, what should I do because I can't sleep my due date is in the end of march.
I really feel stressful. The whole time thinking that just because of pregnancy, TCS has done this to me.
Please suggest me what should I do? and share my this question more and more so TCS Head Manager knows that what will happen in TCS Gandhinagar with a pregnant women.
