I would like to mention that I could reduced my weight from 82 kg to 70 kg in 4 months (12kgs). Thanks to my dieticians advise on change of food habits and some exercise. Good food habits and light exercise can keep us fir for years (Hope)

Amway is a long story of cheating going on for years and years in India. Thousands of people must have been cheated by Amway by giving wrong promises. The biggest catch in Amway is As soon as person falls into their trap, he stops complaining to anybody, else he will not be able to liquida...te his stock. One who could sell their stuff become very aggrasive and starts recommending Amway, and ones who could not also keeps mum with fear of not able to liquidate his non sellable stuff. It is equally strange that Government has kept mum even though thousands of people are loosing their hard earned money behind these MLM companies. There are hundreds of MLM working officially/ unofficially in India. Govt seems to be not bothered to take any action. If you see the kind of offices and premises these companies have, one can make out how much money these companies might be making out of nothing. Read More
