After reading all many reviews on cars like Indigo and Esteem, I could come to a conclusion,
- Indigo customers has really become Automobile Engineers, as they suffer so much from the technical problems, that by the time their problem is solved they become technical expert like Automobile Engineer.
The service and quality of Tata Indigo seems to be pathetic.
I am amazed to know the kind of problems like'strange noise' coming from cars to answers from service centers like'the noise is normal'
- In case of Esteem though there are problems the type of problems are less technical. At least the owners are saved from pain of being Automobile Engineers.
It was heartening to know that few of the Indigo buyers are talking about Indigo being indigenous. What difference does it make to us as a customer?
“Tata should stop making Trucks with name Indigo”
The time has come for Tata to bring in international standards of customer satisfaction. If your customer is using Scooter to travel to office despite owing a car, then situation is getting to worst.
If great technologies are available off the shelf in international markets please bring in, buy it. Do not wait for our Engineers to watch the apple fall, then invent'Newtons Law" and then make cars.
