This December, we stayed in Yercaud for just 2 days in Sky Roca. We were pleasantly surprised at how perfect it turned out to be. G...Read more

The alarm goes off at 5am. A couple of snoozes and up by 5:30am. Get the body moving, grab a 20 min workout and then rush to office to avoid the rush hour. Go through the daily ritual of the meetings, phone calls and emails then run back home to spend some family time. In this fre...Read more

Really appreciate your adding the 'do no leave trash behind'. Its a must for all nature lovers to stress this point. Yeah, animals get provoked by flahes/cameras. Once on a trip to Mudumalai an elephant chased a 60km/hr jeep because some one flashed the camera lights!!. (we were lucky to have lef...t the site 40 sec before!! we just watched the elephant n left) Its exciting to think of seeing wild life, but the moment you see one, your heart stops beating!! nice review. and great tips.Read More

i have visited Hampi quite a few times, and your review was very good. I didnt know much about the surroundings, as i spent all the time in the ruins and stayed in Hospet! i really appreciate the comment 'do not litter' and most importantly not to scribe on the stones..

I got a chance to listen to this CD. At many points i had this urge to know what the meaning was. My dad had a book, which explained the meaning of those verses. It is interesting to lsiten when you understand the meaning. I saw some translation on the net. People can check it out.

hi, I own a FIAT. Its true that FIAT had a bad service reputation plus spare parts were costlier sometime back (a yr or 2 ago). But now, they have very decent prices on spare , some of them are cheaper than wagon R . Plus, i have never had an issue with their service so far. (touch-wood!!) Its sad that the portrayal of common man in this movie, is as true as it can get. It is not one of those R.K Laxman point-of-view i.e in good spirits/humor. We have had too many people glorify our culture, portray our chaos as a 'character', find some humor in these miseries. Its time to hit the...m hard on their head. Day in and out, i get deeply disturbed by the invasion of my fellow countrymen. Who spit on my chappals (sometimes on my head from a bus!), who make way for themselves without an 'excuse-me', who are not apologetic for not giving you that 1mm airspace around you, who think the road is theirs to dig-up for festivities, who tap electricity to celebrate religious festivals, who stop the traffic becos they are asking for directions in the middle of the road, who think that children crossing the roads are equipped with GPS and can perform stunts on road- so dont have to stop for them, and the list goes on. atleast now i know, its not just me. there is whole lot wanting to see a change. there is hope. excellent writing there..Read More

Hi, Its unfortunate this happened to you. But this is not the problem with the FIAT co. or the car they are selling. Palio is a fine car, yes with some cons. The dealer has taken advantage, in your case. you can check the yahoogroups - PalioUsersIndia or fiat-users. Post your problem to them ...and see if they have a legal suggestion to it. good luck.Read More
