I 100% agree with mana111. I also have very bad experience with 100bestbuy.com. I place an order of Nazar Raksha Kwach for my father. He is very ill and is in very critical stage. I waited... with crossed finger for a week to get the tracking number of consignment or product. After a week I mailed to customer acre for sending the ordered product. After few day I got reply that due to some unavoidable reasons there is delay in executing the order. I waiting for more than 15 days I requested to cancel the order as I thought its not possible for 100bestbuy to execute it. After writing several mails they cancelled my order on 28th Feb 2013. Since then I have written several mails to them for refund of money but 100bestbuy is not replying my mails. Its Customer Care No: 080-67536400 is always busy. Anyone can verify the genuineness of my review by making call at this number. I think its a fake online shopping portal. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Dear friend I have a completed different experince from yours. I bought a HCL laptop through HCL online store on 23 March 2011. The product was delivered on time. I was using the product with over all rating as satisfactory. In Nov 2011, I experienced some problem with the keyboard. So I booked a ...complaint through email. I got assurance that the engineer will inspect my laptop at my doorstep in 2-3 days. within 2-3 days an HCL engineer inspected my laptop and confirmed that there is some problem with its keyboard. He told that keyboard is not in stock so it will take about 15 days to change the keyboard with new one. But engineer came with new keyboard after 3 days and changed the faulty keyboard with new one. I also have the BPL Studio Line FYR 60 YB3 since Jan 2003. I like this TV bcoz I i like all the featurs picture quality and sound quality. I has never given any trouble since I purchased.
