I had a very bad experience with Sify Internet Connection. I got my ineternet connection after 1 month of request and after making several calls to distributor of my area. I got connection of 64 kbps which is definitley not a broadband speed. The distributor charged me Rs 620 p.m forinternet+ Rs 50 as maintenance charge p.m total Rs 670/- p.m for speed of 64 kbps. I think this is too much for speed of 64 kbps.
The internet connection always went off in the mid of work and I had to call the service provider atleast 10 times in a day which was really frustrating for me. It was a routine work to call the Sify service provider in morning to rectify the error and make the internet work.
I will not recommend Sify to anyone. Think twice before taking Sify Internet connection. Look for other internet service providers in your area. Go for BSNL Broadband its service and speed is much better than others in Patna.
