Cheating . Review on 100Bestbuy

I have participated in the Samsung Grand Contest and paid Rs.699 for this. On 11th March, one of 100bestbuy representative Mr. Dinesh (Phone No.09019614116- now he has switched off this no.) called me and told that 12 participants have been selected for the contest and I am one of them. And out of 12 selected, 10 people will be declared winner and will get Samsung Grand.

For this, I have to pay Rs.6999/- He also told me that every participant will get W Tab 7.2/720, Reebok wrist watch and 2 other items free of cost whether they are winner or not. On 20th March, when I rang him about the result of contest, he told me that  company has dispatched these four items on 12th March by Blue Dart Couriers service and result of the contest will announce on 30th March. I am sorry to say that no item has been received so far.

On 28th March one of Company's representative Mr. Dev (01409263629) rang me and told that out of 12 participants, 10 participants selected and I am one of these ten. He told that 8 people will be selected from these 10 participants and they are sending one Reebok wrist watch to me for which I have to pay Rs.899 as tax. On 29th March. when I want to contact Mr. Dev, it shows number does not exists) and No. of Mr. Dinesh is switched off.

Sir, In this connection I want to say that I have come to this conclusion that the company is cheating the buyers on the name of Contest and day to day demanding money. I want to make it clear, when there was a provision of 10 winners, than how is the question arises that 8 people will be selected out of 10.

Also both the Representative of Company told me that whenever I do next purchase with the company, I don't have to pay because the amount I have paid to company will be redeemed but when I try to redeem the money, it shows that only 25% amount will be redeemed.

Now, I am sorry to say that I am fed up with dealings of this company and therefore requested company that  either they send me Samsung Grand Mobile as I am one of the participants of 10 selected participants or return back my whole amount which I have paid to them.

Kindly look into the matter to solve my problem and reply me accordingly.
