I know that unfortunately many of you have/had not so good experience with Airtel. But I’ve been using Airtel DSL from past 6 years and would like to share my very good experience over here.




  1. The repair work. They make sure maximum on the next day, it will be done w/o fail.




  2. When I converted my sim from Postpaid to prepaid, within few days, received a cheque from airtel for the balance which was due by airtel.!
