The site is not fake. It DOES deliver. But their customer-service is pathetic. There is no way to get a decent answer from their reps.

Download/ upload speeds are also a function of location, just like cellular-phone connectiviy. Always ask for minimum guaranteed speed in your location. 3.1Mbps is just a marketing gimmick - the fine print says ''in ideal lab conditions''.

Update: The bike finally arrived 28 days later. I was demanded a total of Rs 4200! Threatened the packers with police-action, and they were happy to pick-up a payment of Rs 3800. I still feel cheated.
